Yesterday September 23 at the </span><a href="http://www.kar.com/aboutkar.asp?p=conventionexpo"><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri">Kentucky State Convention</span></a><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri"> teaching a </span><a href="http://www.crs.com/"><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri">CRS</span></a><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri"> one day class, The New Negotiating Edge. </span><a href="http://www.edhatch.com/"><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri">Ed Hatch</span></a><span style="font-size: small;font-family: Calibri"> did a tremendous job as always, the Southwest native of Philadelphia kept the audience entertained thru out the class, but more importantly you saw heads down feverishly taking notes,  and lots of asking questions! The class, “A New Negotiating Edge” was written by Ed Hatch and is about the Five Steps of Behavioral Strategy. Ed gave out two handouts.  One of the handouts was 17 pages. One student remarked, &#8220;I wish I had this class 20 years ago went I entered Real Estate.&#8221; <a href="http://mikeparkertraining.com/files/2008/09/ed4.jpg"></a></span></p>

Ed Hatch is a Senior CRS Instructor with The Residential Sales Council.</span></p>
